New Student Financial Planning

Alumni Hall

Financing an education can sometimes be a difficult and confusing experience. At Mansfield, we welcome the opportunity to partner with you in evaluating all of the different financial aid options available. When you're on campus, please stop by our office so we can discuss ways we can help you to finance your education. You may also wish to attend one of our on-campus financial aid nights or one that we may be conducting closer to your hometown.

All of these opportunities should help you to meet the challenges of the changing financial aid programs. We look forward to meeting you soon and welcome you to Mansfield University.

Special Update for 2009-2010 State Grant Recipients:

Important MessageThe 2009-2010 budget for the Commonwealth of PA was signed into law on October 9, 2009 and State Grant (PHEAA) awards for eligible students are being finalized.  The information on individual student awards will become available beginning October 16, 2009 and students should log on to their AES Account Access to see their 2009-2010 PHEAA Grant eligibility.

It is important to note that it could take up to four weeks for the PA Department of Treasury to disburse the funds to the University.  We will process the funds immediately upon delivery.  Given the schedule, if you are expecting a refund, we anticpate that refunds would be available by Thanksgiving break.

Again, for more information regarding your specific PHEAA Grant eligibility, log on to your AES Account Access on or after October 16, 2009.
