Sovereign Center 700 Penn Street Parking will be available at South Penn (located on Penn St.) & Reed and Court (located on Cherry St.) garages for all those attending the Reading Reception at the Sovereign Center. The garages will open at 3:30 pm and will be offering a discounted fee of $5.00 for the night. Please advise the event staff that you are there for a special event and will be attending the Royals game directly after.Parking Garage Map |
