Designed specifically to assist transfer students make the transition to Mansfield as smooth as possible, we are now offering a Transfer Student Open House in the Fall as well as Spring.
The event will feature a presentation on transfer information, student discussion panel with our current transfer students, Question & Answer session, a tour of campus, and a complimentary brunch with our university professors!
... a half-day program that will give transfer students the opportunity to visit the campus and learn about student life, university services, and financial aid. Jan Yoder, Transfer Coordinator, will give a presentation specifically on transferring credits, requirements, and other helpful transfer information as well as address your transfer questions
Students will have the opportunity to meet with a professor from their area of interest to discuss program requirements, career opportunities, and your future at Mansfield. A campus tour and complimentary lunch will be provided..

This event is hosted on our beautiful campus every other year, welcoming all transfer counselors from two-year institutions. We offer program updates, status on current PASSHE and PDE transfer mandates, and transfer credit mobility. Valuable information to you and your students.
Our next Transfer Counselor Information Day is scheduled for Thursday, September 26, 2013 .

Transfer Reprsentatives of PASSHE's institutions and Pennsylvania Community Colleges gather each semester to evaluate and improve policies and procedures to ensure smooth transitions for students transferring from two- to four-year institutions within the PASSHE system.
Mansfield University is the host site for this semester's EPTAC meeting scheduled for Friday, September 27, 2013.
