Before You Are Admitted to Study: Admissions Process

students
  1. General Application (online)
  2. Financial Statement (print & mail)
  3. W-8BEN Form (print & mail) **Note** You are not required to complete Part II - Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits of this form because the Pennsylvania State System does not accept it.

Important: All three steps MUST be completed before an admission decision can be made.

We strongly encourage applicants to submit applications and all required documentation at least three (3) months prior to their desired date of entry into Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. This will allow adequate time for processing your application and documents required for entry into the United States, allow for postal delays which may occur, and the review of academic documents by the scholarship committee.
